A BAFTA nominated documentary film-maker, Claudia Nye looks at human issues in social context, exploring how the latter influences the former. Her work has been broadcast on the BBC, Channel 4 and other major European TV channels. Since she moved to North Yorkshire, she's been doing private as well as public commissions (Film Council/European Fund). She's also been teaching film at the local University and College; and running Community Film Workshops in the area. She has currently set up CAN Films which specialises in providing film content for websites.
